James Wamp (aka JJ) has over 20 years of work experience as a drilling supervisor and engineer he has extensive knowledge of drilling, completions and workovers in leading US shale gas operations in North Dakota and South Texas. He has worked for industry leaders such as Schlumberger Wireline, Nabors Drilling, Chevron and Cobalt International Energy. JJ has also worked for McKinsey & Company as a subject matter expert consulting globally in their Energy practice. JJ is known to clients for his strong ability to provide robust recommendations to match operational and budgetary needs and his ability to quickly solve issues that may be brought to his attention. Ichu is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Diploma of Management immigrated to Australia in 2001 and has over 12 years of Quality, Health, and Safety and Environmental (QHSE) expertise in the oil and gas industry. Ichu began her career with Tasman Oil Tools in June 2011 as a Quality Manager and later progressed to the Regional QHSE Manager role for Northbridge Industrial Services plc group of companies located in the Middle East, New Zealand, Australia and Singapore. - YAEL BERNASCONI Group Marketing Manager

Yael Bernasconi joined Tasman Oil Tools Australia as Business Development Manager in April 2012, progressing to Marketing Manager for Tasman Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East businesses in August 2014. In April 2016, Yael continued providing marketing support to all Tasman Oil Tools business entities whilst also taking responsibility of the sales function for Tasman Oil Tools Australia. Yael is now Regional Marketing Manager for Tasman Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, Malaysia, Singapore and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since February 2019. Yael has 13 years’ Oil & Gas service company industry experience primarily in cementing, wellbore construction and intervention operations, business development, sales and marketing. Yael holds a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering. Yael’s diverse expertise and experience makes her a valued member of the Tasman management team. - Tasman Group
